Targia Development & Construction is a development
partner in J Condo. Rising 33 stories with terrific panoramic views, J

Forest Glen Estates - Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania
Targia Development & Construction is also a major
development partner in Forest Glen Estates, a proposed 313 acre mixed-use
rural development project located in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, 90
miles west of New York City. The project has been designed based on open
space design tenets, to take advantage of the lush wooded setting. Planned
residential and commercial uses have been interwoven with an interconnected
network of open spaces. These open spaces include undisturbed natural
wetlands, walking trails, and community gathering spaces. Targia Development
is deeply involved and places a heavy emphasis on its master planning
expertise.

The proposed residential portion would consist of 134
one acre residential lots with central sanitary sewer and on lot well
water. The proposed commercial portion, conceived as a village retail
center, would feature 24,000 square feet of retail space intertwined with
open community gathering spaces. Community retail services might include
a restaurant, post office, supermarket, and professional offices. The
plan is currently under review by several responsible government bodies
and agencies. No property is currently available for sale.
